Koreatown

This 600-square-foot studio features plenty of storage space, hardwood floors, and an assigned parking spot. Utilities such as electricity, water, and trash, are paid by the landlord. The Metro station at Vermont and Beverly is just a few blocks away. It’s renting for $1,425.

This one-bedroom, one bath features had deep red wood flooring in the living room and bedroom, a dishwasher, and plenty of space to lounge in. It’s located near Occidental College and the 2 Freeway. It’s renting for $1,495.

Hollywood

Free cable and wifi? You read that correctly. This studio apartment in “the Copa” is located in walkable Franklin Village, with easy access to the core of Hollywood. The kitchen is small, but has new granite countertops and a built-in microwave. Plus: there’s a swimming pool. It rents for $1,490.

Larchmont

Walking distance from Larchmont Village’s cute restaurants and shops, this cozy remodeled studio has hardwood floors, a full bath and kitchen, and free utilities included. The building also has a pool. Located directly across from Burns Park, it’s available for $1,495.

Westlake

There’s a 540-square-foot studio available in the glamorous, marble-clad Wilshire Royale, a 1920s building next to MacArthur Park with a striking black and white lobby. The apartment sports crown molding and dark wood floors. The building allows pets (with breed restrictions) and has a pool, but no parking. It’s renting for $1,575.
